After winning the first sectional title in program history last week, Northridge kept the season going with a 17-10 win at Norwell Friday night. Guilford E. Pennington, 85, North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 11:15 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at his residence. He was born at Commodore, Pa., on March 24, 1928, to Kenneth Rexford and Ruth Olive (Boucher) Pennington. For many years he was a salesman for Lucky Shoes in Fairlawn, Ohio.
