Graham R. Meier, 88, Syracuse, passed away at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse.  He was born Oct. 3, 1929 in Milford to Raymond Curtis and Ora Mildred (Graham) Meier.
