HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. — The operators of Maggie Valley’s Ghost Town in the Sky say it’s time to change the old amusement park’s identity in order to continue running.

SWETT, S.D. — Just in time for holiday shopping: An entire South Dakota ghost town, complete with its own watering hole, is on sale for $250,000, a real estate agent said on Monday.
