Lucille M. Harmon, 99, Ontario, Calif., passed away at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015 at her home. Born Nov. 23, 1916 in Whitley County. She was the daughter of Ralph D. and Mabel (Taylor) Yohe.
