Earl ‘Gene’ Fancil, 67, passed away on at 4:26 a.m. Sunday, Feb 3, 2013 at Kosciusko Community Hospital of Warsaw, Ind. He was born on March 24, 1945, in Rochester, Ind., to Pearl Elenore Fancil.
