Gaylord N. Toll, 85, of South Bend, Ind., and formerly of Garrett, Ind.; Lakeville, Ind.; Mentone, Ind.; and North Webster, Ind., died Sunday, May 19, 2013, at RiverCrest Specialty Hospital in Mishawaka, Ind.
