Freman “Curly” Neher, 93, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 10:10 a.m., Saturday Jan. 26, 2013, in his residence. On Feb. 16, 1919, he was born in Rochester, Ind., to Herman and Mabel (Mreed) Neher.
