Francis G. ‘Fran’ Sheehan, 63, of Leesburg, Ind., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at his home. He was born on Oct.17, 1950, in Blue Island, Ill., to Robert Thomas and Loretta Lillian (Bunyea) Sheehan. He grew up in Blue Island, and attended the public schools there.
