Forrest ‘Delbert’ Reeser, 55, of Claypool, Ind., passed away at 11:43 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at Scott Memorial Hospital, Scottsburg, Ind. He was born on Nov. 13, 1957, to Robert J. and Clara M.
