INDIANA — Indiana Governor Mike Pence has declared September Preparedness Month in the state, urging Hoosiers to develop plans for coping with natural or man-made disasters and emergencies.
INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Mike Pence has requested federal grants for government and certain non-profit organizations in 19 counties for severe storms and flooding, which occurred between June 7-July 29. Fulton, Marshall and Wabash counties are among the counties specified.
Kosciusko County is in the process of revising its flood control ordinance, the Kosciusko County Area Planning Commission heard during its regular monthly meeting Wednesday afternoon, July 1, in Warsaw.
