PLYMOUTH — Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested four Ohio teenagers Friday evening for having false government identifications. Arrested for Frank William Bauer, 18, Hamilton; Kyland Rebecca Frooman, 19, Loveland; Mitchell Vernon Haubner, 19, West Cester; and Bengamin William Rohrer, 19, Akron.
