F. Dean Decker, 87, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:50 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born Jan. 6, 1925, in Warsaw, to Fred and Lorena (Correll) Decker.
