Everett Eugene “Gene” Penn, 84, of Columbia City, died Sunday, Dec. 31, at Parkview Whitley Hospital. Gene was born July 24, 1933, in Bracken, to Everett J. and Lydia Lucille (Aughinbaugh) Penn.
