Eugene M. Marvel, 91, died at 1:45 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015, at Mason Health and Rehabilitation, Warsaw. He was born on Dec. 14, 1923, in Warsaw, to Everett and Edna A. (Rosbrugh) Marvel.
