Eugene C. “Gene” Peters, 86, Plymouth, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016, in his residence. He was born Jan. 14, 1930, in Chicago Heights, Ill., to the late August L. and Minnie (Rinkenberger) Peters. Eugene graduated from Lowell High School in 1948.
