Ethel Blanche Overmyer, 88, Argos, passed away peacefully at 1:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016 surrounded by family. Ethel was born on April 15, 1928, in Winamac, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Jacobs) Cooper. On Dec. 25, 1947, she married Wilbur Overmyer and he passed away Oct. 13, 1976.
