Esther P. Frantz, 84, of North Manchester, Ind., died at 6:22 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, in Peabody Healthcare Center. She was born July 21, 1928, in Wabash County, Ind., to Aaron D. and Mabel F.
