Ernest E. “Ernie” Watkins, 91, of Morganton, N.C., and formerly of Bourbon, Ind., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013. A lifelong resident of the Marshall County, Ind., area, Ernie enjoyed golf, bowling and horseshoes.
