Elmer E. Vehnekamp, 72, of North Manchester, Ind., died at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, in Wabash County Hospital. He was born at Sheridan, Wyo., on June 4, 1941, to William and Raetta (Anderson) Vehnekamp. They are deceased.
