Ella R. Bradley, 68, Goshen, died Oct. 18, 2016 at 6:02 p.m. in Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Wayne. She was born Dec. 3, 1947 in Magoffin County, Ky. to James and Arizona (Howard) Mullins.
