Elizabeth (Betty) Leslie Kaye-Smith, 94, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 10:20 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. On Aug. 29, 1918, she was born in Chicago, Ill., to George E. and Rachael DeHaven Leslie and lived in Wilmette, Ill., and later the Chicago area.
