Elizabeth Brooks, 78, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at the IU Goshen Hospital. She was born on March 25, 1934, in Milwaukee, Wisc., to Roy and Julia (Smith) Coffey.
