Eleanor Miller, 55, passed away at 1:10 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2015, at IU Medical Center, Indianapolis. She was born on Oct. 24, in Paintsville, Ky., to George Bentley and Stella (Fitzpatrick) Bentley. She was a 1978 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
