Elaine L. (Schroeder) Hawley, 72, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at Riverbend Health Care Center, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born April 4, 1941, Warsaw, Ind., to John L. Schroeder and Betty J.
