WARSAW — Love is in the air at Warsaw’s Wagon Wheel Center of the Arts Theatre as “Beauty and the Beast” opens the 2016 summer season.

“Little Women The Musical” is currently on stage at Warsaw’s Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts. The musical is takes place in Concord, Mass., during the Civil War.
