PHILADELPHIA, PA. — A federal jury entered a verdict in favor of Zimmer Biomet, Warsaw, and against the plaintiff Dominick Pistone “as the plaintiff’s claims and as to defendant’s counterclaims.” Zimmer Biomet was awarded a judgement of $125,000.
