SYRACUSE — A stolen vehicle was left on the railroad tracks in Syracuse and then struck by an eastbound CSX train. The accident was reported at 3:39 a.m. Saturday, at the railroad crossing at North Oak Street and West Railroad Avenue. No one was injured.
