Duane F. Smith, 67, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 6:09 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born June 15, 1945, in South Bend, Ind., to Claude and Edna (Motts) Smith.
