Dr. Jerry R. Landwerlen, 73, Mentone, passed at 7:58 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2016. He was born on June 29, 1942 in Shelbyville, Ind. to Russell “Dutch” and Roberta “Rae” (Tucker) Landwerlen.
