Dr. Carey Monroe Parrett, 93, formerly of Milford, Ind., passed away on May 2, 2013, in Sebring, Fla. He grew up in Bloomingburg, Ohio, and married Edith Jean Clayton of Greenfield, Ohio, in 1941.
