Dr. Allen C. Deeter, 82, North Manchester, Ind., passed away at 12:35 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at Timbercrest Healthcare Center. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 8, 1931, to Raymond and Flora (Petry) Deeter. On Aug. 31, 1952, he married Joan George. She survives. He was a member of Manchester Church of …read more.
