Dorothy Wiltrout, 92, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, in her residence. She was born Jan. 17, 1921, to Neal and Blanche (Briggs) Estlick in Whitley County, Ind.
