Dorla Jane Miller, 76, of Indianapolis, Ind., and formally of Etna Green, Ind., and Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 8:40 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014, in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis, Ind.
