Donald R. Sparks, 79, Sebring, Fla., died Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, Fla. He was born March 27, 1937, in Pierceton to Fred and Thelma (Archer) Sparks.
