Mr. Donald L. Frounfelter, 88, of Rochester, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Thursday, June 25, at Woodlawn Hospital. On Aug. 17, 1926, Don was born in Martinsville to Efra and Anna Buis Frounfelter.
