Donald E. Frantz, 95, of Warsaw, Ind.,, passed away at 8:48 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at The Hearth at Sycamore Village, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born April 16, 1917, in Stockwell, Ind., to C.
