Dolores Biggs Iholts, 81, Rochester, passed away at 1:25 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. She was born on June 29, 1934, in Rochester, the daughter of Admiral Dewey and Pauline Marie (Dale) Biggs.
