Hats Off To City Workers

Wendy Kimpel of Warsaw provided us with a photo of city employees working diligently in the subzero temperatures. In a recent Warsaw Common Council meeting, kudos to the employees was also given by Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer and councilwoman Diane Quance who publicly recognized their hard work during the recent snowfalls and arctic temperatures.
