KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Six individuals have been arrested in association with various thefts reported near Milford. The thefts occurred in October. Those arrested are: Mitchell Andrew Reynolds, 26, Syracuse, charged with felony theft and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
