Recently, the Wawasee High School DECA chapter competed in the district two local competition in Elkhart with the team doing very well. Josh J. Minkler, acting United States Attorney, announced today the arrest of an Indianapolis man for bank fraud, wire fraud and bankruptcy fraud in a scheme involving the theft of over $5 million.
