Deana R. Webb, 64, of Burket, Ind., passed away at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born on Nov. 17, 1948, to Russell A. “Dean” and Mary Louise (Garber) Rowland in Warsaw. Mary Louise passed away April 7, 2012. She has been a lifetime resident Kosciusko County. …read more.
