David J. Orton, 72, of Goshen, Ind., died unexpectedly, at 5:02 p.m. Monday, June 30, 2014, at IU Health Goshen.  He was born Nov. 10, 1941, in Sturgis, Mich., to Judson and Mabel Orton.
