David A. Kitchen, 71 of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 10:10 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013, in his residence. On June 24, 1941, he was born in Fort Wayne, Ind., to Raymond and Violet (Leatherman) Kitchen.
