David Lowell Biltz, 78, Warsaw, passed away at 10:42 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born to Clarence and Margaret (Timko) Biltz on Nov. 11, 1937, in Warsaw.
