David A. Susaraba, 45, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born Aug. 30, 1968, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to Nicholas and Shirley (Coleman) Susaraba Sr. He was Warsaw resident since 1974. David was united in marriage to Jodi L.
