Dallas Owens, 64, Warsaw, passed away at 1:20 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2015, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. On Sept. 2, 1950, he was born in Warsaw, to Butler and Annie (Whitaker) Owens.
