Dale Singer Nellans, 93, 9:27 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015, at Timbercrest Senior Living Community in North Manchester. He was born July 7, 1921, in Sevastopol, to Herschel Vern Nellans and Mabel Irene (Singer) Nellans. Dale was a 1939 graduate of Beaver Dam High School. On July 21, 1947, he was married to Rosellyn M.
