Cynthia June “Cindy” Whitaker, age 60,  of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:05 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, in her home. She was born Oct. 23, 1952, in Warsaw to Norman and Wanda (Babcock) Brown.
