Mr. Craig “Sam” Foster, 61, of Rochester, passed away at 7:28 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at Woodlawn Hospital. On Nov. 26, 1953, Sam was born in Indianapolis to Milton and Betty Jane Bruce Foster.
