MARSHALL COUNTY — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is asking anyone with information regarding a burglary at Cindy’s Restaurant sometime between 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, and 12:23 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, to contact police.

ROCHESTER — The Marshall County Police Department is asking for information about the theft of a German Sports Guns .22 1911 pistol from a home in the 20,000 block of Hawthorn Road, Rochester. Officers responded to the call around 8 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19.
